The Lithuanian Wind Power Association wants Lithuania to be a leader in the wind energy sector and benefit from environmentally friendly energy.
Objectives:
- representing the Association member's interests at all levels;
- shaping the most favourable environment for investors;
- achieving legal assurance of a beneficial investment climate;
- implementation of the EU objectives in the field of wind energy;
- attempt to surpass the objectives of wind energy development set out in the EU Directives;
- pursuing the Association's involvement in the quota distribution process;
- broadcasting information on wind energy development;
- pursuing international cooperation.
